GDPR compliance was one of the main objectives for McCurrach. Candidate.ID was able to help them reactivating their database (whilst remaining GDPR-compliant) and reduce their cost-per-hire.
The main objectives were:
1. GDPR compliance – to identify over a 2-month period those who engaged with a range of content. Those who engaged with McCurrach’s content were retained on the CRM. Those who did not engage were deleted.
2. A ‘Wake the Dead’ process to identify a warm bench of candidates who could be approached about vacancies.
McCurrach’s in-house recruitment team recruit 700 – 1000 roles per year across the UK and Ireland. Candidate.ID was able to help transform recruiter effectiveness by allowing them only to focus on ‘hire ready’ candidates. They were also able to achieve ongoing GDPR compliance as their database was up-to-date and engaged with content, and data management is automated.
